Our long hours of vigilance are finally over, my friends, as TMZ just reported that Mel Gibson has been photographed publicly drunk in Costa Rica for the first time since his little "incident" last summer (nice last-minute save with the water bottle, Mel, but I'm afraid it's too little too late).
